Me Béatrice Stahel is the founder of the law firm MC AVOCATS SA.
Between 2005 and the end of 2010, she evolved within the law firm DE PFYFFER & Associés in Geneva, first as a trainee attorney and then, after having passed the Bar exams in 2007, practised as an attorney-at-law until 2010 as an associate developing an independent activity.
In 2010, she joined the Geneva law firm (active in international business law) MONFRINI CRETTOL & PARTNERS in partnership with Me Gilles CRETTOL to open its Valais offices in Sion.
In 2015, Me Béatrice Stahel was co-founder of MC AVOCATS Sàrl.
Since 2018, Me Béatrice Stahel has been the sole partner of MC AVOCATS LLC, converted to MC AVOCATS SA (LTD) in 2020.
Experience
With 15 years of experience at the Bar, she has gained a solid expertise in domestic and international contract law, international private law, commercial and company law and specific enforcement law (including enforcement of foreign decisions and freezing orders).
She has acted as leading counsel in judicial and arbitral proceedings with international ramifications and ensured the coordination and management of legal and accounting aspects of an international holding structure of luxury real estate.
She has experience in various contractual fields including sale of refineries, of aircraft and hotel management.
Since 2010, she has consolidated her competence in the fields of assistance to wealthy individuals taking up residency in Switzerland, asset and inheritance planning, real estate law, and intensified her practise at the Bar in various areas (inheritance cases, prosecution for debt and bankruptcies, white collar crime, constructions law, international tax assistance).
She also devotes herself to the training of carefully selected trainee attorneys.
